Social Responsibility.

Christmas got early to this small village.

We left from Cusco at 6:15am, four hours later we got to Chucchucalla village, located in the south of Cusco, and it belongs to Yanaoca District, Canas Province - Cusco Region, a village with only a couple of hundreds of residents.

Once we arrived there we felt the fresh and pure air that surrounds the majestic mountains. The residents of the village were reunited for their regular Sunday meeting. Immediately after the meeting the children met us and the fun day started. We played, jumped, laughed and celebrated the victory of some kids that had participated in the games we had organized. What a good time!

After the amusement it was time for some hot chocolate to give the day a little bit of taste of these coming Holidays, it was touching to see their happy faces, especially of the little ones.

Finally it was time for Santa to do his job, everyone got a present and the joy of these children was priceless, we could not have a better reward. Even they shared a meal with us and we appreciated very much.

Encantada Hotel and A mi Manera Restaurant worked together and got the chance to do something for the ones left behind, is was a pleasure to spend our time with them, we are sure they will at least have a good memory of that day.

We hope to see them again very soon.
